Opportunities
Technician – Full Time – Permanent (£25k – £32k)
The Role
Schools increasingly rely on computer systems in all areas of their operations and decision-making processes. It’s, therefore, crucial to ensure the correct running and maintenance of IT systems. This role is positioned onsite to ensure the best service, seamless technology and consistent access to teaching and learning through technology.
An opportunity to work with a highly skilled team and a forward-thinking business. You’ll be working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. Proactivity and a customer centric approach is a must.
Must have skills:
- Experience working within a helpdesk environment with SLAs and KPIs
- Google Admin
- Administering Office 365
- Active Directory and Group policy

Operations Administrator – Full Time – Permanent (£18k – £25k)
The Role
As an Operational Administrator, you should have a solid data and operational background with strong knowledge of sales process. Working experience with platforms like Google and Microsoft, as well engaging and a professional customer service approach, are needed to help support our education and business customers.
- Manage and maintain company data
- Maintain existing customer service metrics and report data as directed
- A positive and consultative approach in helping clients
- Process sales orders through the CRM and service platform
- Coordinate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers
- Contribute to maintaining a robust internal sales process and customer journey
- General administrative support to department Heads

You will have at least three years of experience in customer service roles with a deep understanding of sales and data processing, and project management. Customer Success Manager – Full Time – Permanent (£35k – £42k basic. £62k+ OTE in year 1 [uncapped])
The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you should have a solid technical background with a strong knowledge of a secondary school teaching role or private sector business. Working experience with platforms like Google and Microsoft, as well as hardware and software used in the classroom, are needed to help support our customers.
- Proactively deliver training to fellow teachers to help them enhance the use of technology in their education or workplace setting
- Own the relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, change management, technology adoption training, ensuring customer retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services
- Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximise growth potential, and communicate learnings
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and report data as directed
- A consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
- Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time
- Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for client to demonstrate services, value and benefits of transformation to customers
- Analyse trends in engagement/NPS scores to identify areas of service improvement
- Maintain a granular understanding of technology use in education and SME’s
- Contribute to maintaining a robust internal sales process and customer journey
