AI & Technology Leadership
Who: one leader
Time: about 10 minutes
Direction, plans and budget, AI tools and accounts, policy and risk, and people.
Staff Survey
Who: everyone on the staff list
Time: 12 to 15 minutes
Their day and what slows them down, the technology they use, digital skills, using AI, using AI safely, and prompting.
