Getting the licences right is only half the job. We make sure you are on the correct plans for how you actually work, then bring your whole device estate under proper management, whatever the mix. We use Jamf for Apple devices (Mac, iPad and iPhone) and Microsoft Intune for Windows, Android and the rest, so enrolment, security baselines, app deployment and policy are handled the same way across every platform, with near zero-touch setup for new starters. Lost or stolen devices can be locked or wiped remotely, and joiners and leavers are handled cleanly. For schools, Jamf is especially strong for managing fleets of iPads.

Which cloud platforms does PrimaryTech support?
We support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Microsoft Azure, with true command of all three: email, files, collaboration, identity and security. This includes Copilot in Microsoft 365, and Gemini and NotebookLM now included in Google Workspace, plus Microsoft Defender, Intune and Entra ID.
Should we use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Both are excellent, and the right choice depends on how you work. Microsoft 365 suits organisations that rely on Word, Excel and the full Office suite, and integrates tightly with Windows and Copilot; Google Workspace suits those who prefer browser-based, highly collaborative working and want Gemini built in. For schools, both have strong Education editions. As we support all three platforms including Azure, our advice is genuinely impartial, we recommend what fits you, not what we prefer to sell.
Can you migrate us to the cloud without losing data or downtime?

Can you manage our Apple and Windows devices?
