What connectivity and phone services does PrimaryTech provide?

What is the difference between VoIP and a traditional phone line?
A traditional phone line carries calls over the old copper PSTN/ISDN network; VoIP carries them over the internet, which is more flexible and future-proof. In a modern world every organisation needs flexibility, and VoIP delivers it: staff can work anywhere, taking calls on a desk phone, a computer or a mobile app that carries their business number. It also scales up or down easily and avoids the cost and rigidity of physical lines.
